Who can Apply ?
All artists located in Calgary or the surrounding areas are welcome to apply to the fine are shows and the online store.
Where are the Shows Located ?
Our shows are located at Canyon Meadows Community Association. Usually held on Saturdays from 10am-4pm.
Cost and Commission ?
The fee for our show is $65 and 25% Commission on all sales.
General Information
Artists do not need to attend the show but are asked to volunteer for a couple hours if necessary. There is a limit of 16 paintings per artist. Some prints can be sold at our Mosaic Shows. All paintings must be your own original work. Artists must participate in setup, takedown and advertising for the show.
Return Policy
All Sales Final
Because our products include original artwork and limited-run items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at calgaryartistcommunity@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to arrange a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items (such as calendars) are non-refundable but will be replaced if damaged during shipping.
